Am I safe ordering from you?

Absolutely! We have over 20 years’ experience in the motor industry and boast a very successful career with a large network of customers and suppliers. We operate out of an office in Aberkenfig in South Wales, so if you’d like to see the whites of our eyes, give us a call on 01656 470055 to book an appointment. We are registered with Companies House, the Information Commissioners Office and the Financial Conduct Authority, so you know we are very heavily regulated.

Do you take part exchanges?

Our business model is not set up to take in part exchange vehicles, so we will point you in the direction of a few carefully selected traders that we work with. Alternatively, and if you want an extra few hundred pound for your existing vehicle, we recommend selling it privately on Facebook Marketplace, Auto Trader and eBay.

How do I collect or take delivery of my vehicle?

All of our vehicles can be delivered straight to your front door. We know that sometimes it is more convenient for our customers to collect their vehicles, so we can also give you this option, just let us know if this is the case at the point of order.

What if the is an issue with my vehicle on delivery?

Ensure that the issue is noted on the delivery form. Take any photos to document the issue and to provide proof to the supplying dealer. We ask that you call us immediately so we can work on your behalf to resolve the matter. These circumstances are extremely rare, but we know things can happen, so it is best to be prepared.

When will I get my V5 document?

If you have purchased your new vehicle, you will usually receive your logbook within about 3 weeks. If you have opted for a contract hire agreement, then you will not receive the logbook because the vehicle is technically owned by the finance company. Where do I service my vehicle?

If your vehicle has been supplied on a contract hire agreement then you will need to get your vehicle serviced at your local franchised main dealer. If you have purchased your vehicle or have acquired it on an alternative lease deal, then you can get it serviced anywhere. Be mindful that using non-genuine parts can void the warranty, so we would always advise that you get your vehicle serviced at a franchised dealer.

Where do I take my van for warranty work?

All of our vehicles are supplied directly from the manufacturer, which means you receive a full 3-year warranty from the date of registration. If you have any warranty work that needs to be undertaken, simply contact your nearest franchised main dealer. It is always important to service the vehicle correctly to ensure the guarantee remains valid. Full details of your warranty can be found on the manufacturer’s website.

Can I get out of my contract early?


Depending on the type of contract you have, will depend on the implications of getting out of it early. For example, contract hire could see you hit with a negative impact on your credit rating if you leave it early. Other finance agreements such as finance lease and hire purchase are not so strict. We will always explain to you before we take your order what the implications are with any finance agreement.

How many vans do you keep in stock at any one time?


As a vehicle broker, we do not carry any stock of new vans. Instead, we boast partnerships with a selection of van dealers in the UK who send us their stocklists on a weekly basis. This way you have a much greater choice of vehicles, and we will always select the vehicles which are priced the best. At the end of the day, we are in the market to sell vans, so it is in our interest as much as yours to provide you with the best deal possible.

Do you offer van finance?


Of course, in fact the majority of the vehicles we supply will be funded through one of our competitive finance options. Our dealer network provides the stock at a market-leading price, and we will connect with our panel of lenders to determine the best rate we can get for you depending on your business and personal circumstances. We are not limited to just one lender, so you can be assured that we will find you the most competitive rate. If you choose to take out a personal or business loan, that can also be used to acquire your new vehicle.

What if I don’t see the van I want?


Just because it isn’t on our website, doesn’t mean it isn’t in stock. Just complete our online enquiry form and we will let you know what the availability is like, and how quickly we believe we can get one on your driveway. Don’t forget, for a faster response, call our team on 01656 470055.
